Visibility excellence management:Develop reports and provide visibility assessments of Nestle's in-store visibility compared to competitors to sales and category teams;Foster regular communication and knowledge sharing to ensure alignment of efforts and identify areas for improvement;Support the implementation of in-store execution control automation solutions;Drive cross-category loyalty programs, including mechanics, budgets, in-store activation guidelines, and pre-post evaluation.Main Requirements:University Degree;5+ years of experience in category/sales channel management in an international FMCG company;Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills;Excellent communication skills with an innovative mindset to explore and execute new trends for impactful sales results;Results-oriented with a proactive and cooperative approach;Track record of increasing sales volumes within a category;Successful experience in managing projects;Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel;Fluent in English.
