Hardware maintenance and support of devices covered by warranty. Ensure the required performance and stability of network services and servers (LAN, WAN, Internet, SAT phone connectivity, Starlink, BGANs, VSAT terminals and VPN, etc.), to prevent and minimize downtime or service interruptions. Assist in maintaining of telephone and Internet infrastructure in main and sub-offices. Provide IOM office with advises on efficient and reliable telecommunication solutions. Assist in administration and daily monitoring of PABX, telephone billing systems and Amazone Connect services. Track and manage consumables for Field Office and Mission printers, MFU, copiers and other devices.
