Proven experience as a Business Development Manager, Engagement Manager, Sales Manager, or a related field in the IT outsourcing services company – 3 years. Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding set sales targets. Previous experience in lead generation, starting from lead nurturing to successful software development deals is a nice to have. Previous extensive experience and background in healthcare/fintech/real estate (or other) domains is a sufficient advantage. In-depth understanding of SMB sales process: you have to understand the complexities and challenges involved in selling to SMBs. Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the software development landscape and the ability to identify business opportunities. Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools to track and manage sales activities. Advanced level of English. Ability to travel internationally for individual client meetings.
