Динамично развивающаяся компания, идеальное место, чтобы прокачать скиллы.
О специфике формы расчетов HR сообщила на этапе оффера, когда куча времени уже была потрачена.
Специфика — оплата месяца работ через месяц. Например, за май оплата в июле.
Компания работает с сотрудниками через ФОП и указывает фуллтайм в вакансиях, но при этом требует трекать время с учетом почасовой ставки. Довольно размазанная схема, которую HR не смогла толком объяснить.
