Of the affected population, 12 million people are expected to need humanitarian assistance, and 6 million with the most urgent humanitarian needs – including shelter, water, sanitation, hygiene services and basic non-food items.  IOM is rapidly scaling up Non-Food Items (NFI) distribution responses capacity in the country. Proposed intervention for NFI and Common Pipeline include direct and indirect NFI responses, assessment, monitoring, procurement, transportation, warehousing, and distribution of critical NFI supplies. Under the overall supervision of the Chief of Mission and the Programme Officer (NFI/Common Pipeline), and the direct supervision of the Project Support Officer (NFI Reporting), the successful candidate will contributes the production, editing and quality control of NFI and Common Pipeline Program reports and regular updates. Core Functions / Responsibilities:Keep abreast of all developments in the program activities and responses to prepare appropriate updates and reports. Adhere to internal reporting mechanisms. In coordination with information management assistant, consolidate and analyse data on programme implementation, achievements and indicators in all projest in order to facilitate the preparation of periodic reports and activity-specific reports as may be required and ensure timeliness of such reports. Assist in maintaining of telephone and Internet infrastructure in main and sub-offices. Provide IOM office with advises on efficient and reliable telecommunication solutions. Proper tracking and managing of consumables for Field Office and Mission printers, MFU, copiers and other devices.
