Aligning itself with the priorities of the Ukraine Flash Appeal and Regional Refugee Response Plan, HI pillars of interventions are : •             Health: HI aims to improve access to quality physical rehabilitation and mental health and psychosocial services (MHPSS) for conflict-affected vulnerable population. •             Protection: Given the scale of humanitarian and protection needs, HI intervenes at various levels to ensure that vulnerable conflict-affected populations have access to multi-sectoral services tailored to their needs. YOUR MISSION: Reporting to HI Ukraine Country Director, as Operations Manager, you contribute to the implementation of the mandate and the 10-year strategy of Humanity & Inclusion. You ensure optimal quality and the impact of the projects implemented in your area by means of a delegation system with appropriate oversight mechanisms. With all the other HI managers, you share responsibility for the sound management and effective functioning of the global organisation through paradigm changes. As Operations Manager, you manage a team of project managers in your country. As an Operations Manager, your missions are the following: Mission 1: Management •             Understand the strategy, make it explicit, translate it into operational objectives for your team, lead the necessary changes. Give meaning to each management action.
