Schedule and organize the audit. Communicate with functions and projects involvedParticipate in periodical internal audits based on ISO 9001, track the completion on internal audit phasesPrepare the Internal Audit Report. Inform the process owners about audit results, observations, and non-conformitiesParticipate in External ISO audits, support with internal coordination and organization, assist specialists with preparation for the audit activities. Cooperate with specialists on audit resultsSupport with the definition of action items required. Track the resolution of internal and external audit findingsParticipate in communications campaigns (communication plan creation, coordination of actions to be done by different departments in terms of communication campaign arrangement)Arrange and improve onboarding and other types of training. ELEKS Customer Support Office is looking for Middle Customer Support Engineer (L2) in Lviv, Ivano-Frankivsk, Ternopil, Uzhhorod, Chernivtsi or Kyiv.ABOUT CLIENTSwiss company in commodity trading. We are helping out the customer with various applications that support their business (chain management, risk management solutions). The main service from Eleks side is support but there are also development projects for the customer. Support team consists of 5 support engineers.
