The SKF Global Graduate Programme targets talented Graduates with a proven entrepreneurial and innovative mindset who have the potential to become our future leaders.
The programme is an opportunity for you as a recent Graduate to gain hands-on insight into the SKF business and develop tools for planning your future career. Through three rotations during 18 months, with opportunities abroad, you will get broad experience from various SKF business areas and have
the possibility to start building a strong network within SKF. As a graduate at SKF, you will have your base in the line organization and work closely with SKF’s internal management consultants, the Business Consulting team. Already from the start, you will be given responsibility to run local projects
and through hands-on training sessions throughout the programme, you will have the opportunity to develop core professional competencies, leadership and self-management skills required for success. Furthermore, you will be assigned a mentor who has the business experience to support your growth.
We are looking for:
- Recent Graduates with a Master’s Degree or equivalent
- A demonstrated entrepreneurial and innovative mindset
- International and cross cultural experience
- Full proficiency in English and preferably one more language
