MIMIER TRADE SA (Switzerland) is a fast-developing commodities trading company, registers in canton of Luzern (Switzerland). The company is owned by MIMIER HOLDING SA (Switzerland), has an office in Montreux (Switzerland) and a subsidiary in Kyiv – LLC MIMIER TRADE UKRAINE.
Main activity of MIMIER TRADE SA is connected with agro commodities and petrochemical trading. The company is a member of FOSFA, GAFTA and EPCA.
Main agro products traded are vegetable oils, meal, wheat, rapeseeds, etc. The company holds top list position in sales of Ukrainian high oleic sunflower seeds oil, sunflower meal and soybean oil. Main commodities in petrochemical trading are diesel, stabile gasoline, straight run gasoline, gasoline pyrolysis raw, butane, PVC, etc. Main markets for sales are EU, China, Malaysia, India, Nepal, Thailand. The company is also targeted to increase its sales at Turkey, North Africa, Middle East, CIS and other countries.
Position: Contracts Execution Manager / Менеджер ВЭД

Education/Experience Requirements:
- A bachelor's or master’s degree in Business, Economics, Management or Finance.
- At least 1 year experience in export-import operation from/to Ukraine.
- Knowledge of Incoterms, export-import logistics, main banking payment instruments.
- Upper Intermediate knowledge of English language is obligatory.
- Basic knowledge of FOSFA and GAFTA contracts.
- Experience with regional / national and global suppliers are preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Execution of contracts with residents / non-residents on different delivery bases for agro and petrochemical products from / to Ukraine.
- Ensuring timely deliveries, coordination and supervising of the shipment process, including vessel nominations, cargo accumulation, quality/quantity control.
- Business correspondence, negotiation, preparation and coordination of documentation related to the execution of trade transactions: Bills of Lading, Phytosanitary certificates, Certificates of Origin and other documents for export-import clearance of product shipment.
- Invoicing and control of accurate payments to customers (suppliers and buyers).
- Coordination and liaising with service providers including forwarders, customs brokers, surveyors, fumigators, insurers, laboratories.
- Monitoring the implementation of contractual obligations, provision of necessary documents and settlements control.
- Support of issues related to the supply of products to consumers in Ukraine (import) and the sale of products to foreign consumers (export), logistics, brokerage, customs and other issues;
- Preparation of reports on transactions, ensuring the availability of the necessary documents for accounting operations.
