Deloitte is seeking a Senior Consultant to join the Operations Transformation Team in Consulting Department at the Kyiv office.

The role will involve:

• Delivering business solutions in scope of consulting engagements for a variety of clients with focus on banking advisory
• The scope of consulting engagements are covering but not limited to:
  • Operational efficiency improvement
  • Development of strategy
  • Comprehensive cross-functional transformations
• Such areas include the following content:
  • Set up of new and transformation existing:
    • Products
    • Departments
    • Management systems
  • Business process reengineering
  • Instruments development (such as management reporting tools, policies, methodologies etc. )
  • Incentives and authorities schemes design

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting/ Finance/ Economics/ Banking
• 2-3 year of experience at bank head office on an analytical role (products development, credit analysis, sales, NPL management, banking methodology, project management office, risk management, finance etc.)
• Logical and systematic approach to solving analytical tasks
• Communication and presentation skills (verbal & non-verbal)
• Ability to express and present own opinion; objective argumentation skills
• Ability to work independently and adapt to an intensive work environment
• Ability to work in a team and learn quickly
• Willingness to invest time in its own knowledge and competencies
• Extensive MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
