In coordination with the NFSA, develop, implement, and regularly test a functioning warden system. Warden testing methods should include multiple systems, including SCAAN. Provide safety/security briefings for IOM staff deployed to and travelling within Ukraine and coordinate all travel security for the Country Office relating to all IOM operations, including assessments of road, air and river transport networks, medical evacuations and international staff travel within and from/to all DS in Ukraine. Support the Field Security Support Officer (FSSO) with Daily Check-in of International IOM staff head counts and report to the CoM and all others concerned the detailed result of the count. In coordination with the OSS Administrative Assistant, maintain a close relationship with all IOM Ukraine’s Security Service providers and ensure that the conditions stipulated in their contract are being respected by the providers as well as overseeing that payment to them is processed in due time. In coordination with the NFSA, regularly review and monitor compliance on the Security Risk Management Measures (SRMM) and Residential Security Measures (RSM). This includes proactively participating in the Security Cell Meetings and actively providing guidance to the COM on issues raised in the SMT, ensuring that IOM-specific operational requirements are considered for implementation of security measures and adherence to the UNSMS Policy on Gender Considerations in Security Management. In coordination with the NFSA, develop, implement and test office-specific security plans. Closely monitor and report on deployment numbers (staff ceilings) established for the mission/s by the UN Designated Official (DO) during emergencies, in coordination with the Security Management Team (SMT) and UNDSS, ensuring that security clearance procedures are applied fairly, vis-à-vis all of the agencies working under the UNDSS Security Management System. Test the functionally and implementation of IOM-specific emergency communications systems (SCAAN) to ensure they are functional, effective and address the programme requirements of the Country Office. This includes actively checking the SCAAN dashboard and posting relevant security advisories in a timely manner. In coordination with the NFSA, report security matters that have a direct impact on IOM operations immediately to the COM and the RFSO. In coordination with the FSO and the NFSA, conduct preliminary enquiries in respect to any security breaches/incidents in all DS, working closely with local authorities in efforts to ensure IOM staff, its assets and interests are protected, and appropriate and corrective measure taken. Coordinate response to incidents with personnel, assets, or beneficiaries in the IOM premises by third-party security providers. Assist with liaison or directly liaise with local law enforcement bodies and emergency medical teams as instructed by the Security Officer. Respond to the complaints or recommendations provided by the management of the relevant offices and communicate the information to the Security Officer for potential implementation of the changes, developed security measures or procedures. Conduct security assessments/evaluations and offer appropriate risk mitigation recommendations for IOM Offices and IOM Warehouse based on existing program Security Unit safety and security protocols. Assist with or personally organize and deliver training on different aspects of security and safety for raising security awareness of personnel. Coordinate with HR on IOM staff list and update the list and upload in OSS Share Point. Report to duty, if need be, during official holidays and after normal working hours to support Security Emergency related incidents/situations or any other work-related issue. We use the latest tech to deliver the best service to our clients and achieve a degree of scalability that would be impossible for most accounting firms. The extension would need to integrate with our CRM to know which email addresses correspond to a specific client, since there can be multiple contacts for a single client.  AI sales coach: When a call is recorded in Zoom or JustCall, a transcription of the recording should be analyzed using an API from a service such as OpenAI (ChatGPT) to generate an email to the salesperson with training tips related to sales best practices and accounting knowledge. Security is important since the calls may contain sensitive information. AI social media bot: Bot that monitors certain social media locations. If someone asks a question like “does anyone know a good bookkeeping service they can recommend?” or something similar, the bot will reply with a message promoting our company. AI sentiment analysis: We have a tool that monitors emails for negative or positive sentiment expressed by a client, and sends alerts to supervisors if it seems there is a problem we need to review. However, it is not very accurate yet, so we need to test different approaches, prompts, etc. to improve it. Automating interview evaluation: Job candidates for some of our positions in the US need to take automated online interviews, where software asks them some questions and they record answers to those questions. We’d like to develop an app that reviews the transcript of these recordings and evaluates their performance based on certain criteria (did they answer certain questions correctly, etc.). Automating time logs: We need to know how much time each team member spends on each client, so we can bill the client for the hours we spent on their work. As a result, staff spend a lot of their time making time logs manually. We want to automate the creation of time logs based on what’s happening on their screen. As a result, staff are generally recruited from the area in which the particular office is located but could be of any nationality. Candidates applying to a post in the General Services category shall meet the relevant employment and immigration requirements in the country of the duty station, including fulfilling residence and work permit conditions. Applicants will be responsible for any expenses incurred in relation to: visa, travel to and from, and relocation to and from the duty station, in the event of an employment offer. A staff member in the General Service category who has been locally recruited shall not be eligible for the entitlements and/or benefits exclusively applicable to internationally recruited staff. Organisational Context Country Offices are time-bound and scalable staging posts for the Court’s operations in the situation countries, offering office space, vehicular support for missions and communications material and tools. They are also a source of information for Headquarters in terms of socio-political and security developments in the situation countries. Country Offices develop and maintain relationships with key partners on the ground in order to assist various Court actors in the execution of their roles in the field. Country Offices are organizationally located in the Division of External Operations (“DEO”) of the Registry. The DEO is responsible for managing the activities of the ICC Country Offices through proper guidance, which requires coordination, anticipation, planning and monitoring. The interaction is based on effective communication between DEO and the Chief of Country Office, which entails obtaining, processing and disseminating relevant information in a timely manner. The Division supports the Chief of Country Office in their interaction with external actors with the aim of ensuring cooperation between the parties. The Division strives to ensure overall efficiency and effectiveness of its field operations with a view to supporting the Court’s operations and development. Duties and Responsibilities Under the supervision of the Chief of Country Office, the Driver serves as chauffeur for Country Office staff and ICC staff on mission. The Driver provides this service during normal working hours and unsociable hours, as required. The incumbent will perform the following duties: Carry out daily inspection of ICC vehicles; check all oil, water/coolant, tyres, fuel and windscreen washer fluid levels; cleaning the exterior and interior of vehicles; Drive staff members safely to various destinations, as required; Collect and drive VIPs and visiting staff between the Office, hotels, railway station, border, airport or other destination as requested; Assist in collecting and delivering documentation/goods when required; Participate in confidential ICC operations related to witnesses and victims; Any other relevant duties as assigned by the Chief of Country Office. Essential Qualifications Education: Diploma of secondary education is required. Experience: • A minimum of two years of experience as driver is required. Knowledge in mechanics and professional driving training is required.• Valid driver's licence; clean driving record; knowledge of driving rules and regulations and skills in minor vehicle repair.• C-category licence, experience driving armoured vehicles, defensive and armoured vehicles training/driving courses would be an asset.
