Стабільна національна виробничо-торгівельна компанія оголошує конкурс на заміщення вакантної посади: керівник (начальник) виробництва (лиття пластмас)Обов'язки:1. Планування, організація діяльності та керівництво комплексом з виробництва виробів із пластику.2. Забезпечення оперативного керівництва ходом виробництва, удосконалення його організації та технології та досягнення на цій основі ритмічного випуску продукції згідно з плановими завданнями.3. Забезпечення дотримання технології виготовлення виробів, управління якістю продукції, що випускається.4. Організація забезпечення виробництва матеріальними ресурсами.5. Керівництво процесами розвитку та впровадження нових виробів, технологій, виробничого обладнання. Впровадження lean-management.6. Розробка та реалізація заходів з охорони праці, дотримання заходів безпеки.7. Забезпечення зниження виробничої собівартості продукції. Вимоги:Досвід роботи на керівних посадах з виробництва від 5 років (досвід роботи в іноземних компаніях є перевагою).Освіта вища технічна.Знання технології лиття пластмас у пресформи з гарячим каналом, інших технології переробки пластмас та організації масового виробництва продукції.Навички виробничого планування, диспетчеризації виробництва, володіння основами економіки, оперативного обліку та регулювання процесу виробництва.Умови:Повний корпоративний пакет: офіційне працевлаштування, соціальні гарантії, проф. спілка, медичне страхування, пільгове харчування, медичне обслуговування, трансфер.Заробітна плата за результатами співбесіди, додаткова мотивація – за підсумками діяльності.Випробовувальний термін: 3 місяці.
