Ми віримо в силу комунікацій, а наша ціль — long term партнерства, за які ти і будеш відповідати Що робити?Бачити можливості для партнерства в комунікації з благодійними фондами, бізнесом та створювати стратегії їх розбудови;Вести переговори та управління контрактами зі спонсорами;Проводити презентації та зустрічі з потенційними донорами, спонсорами та партнерами з метою підписання угод та установлення довгострокових відносин;Керувати існуючими партнерствами та шукати можливості для підвищення їхньої цінності;Контролювати та організовувати фандрейзингові кампанії, включаючи заходи та грантові заявки;Представляти фонд на конференціях, форумах, зустрічах та інших заходах для налагодження зв’язків та адвокації місії;Підтримувати регулярну комунікацію з донорами та партнерами, актуалізуючи інформацію про роботу фонду та його вплив;Проводити дослідження тенденцій у сфері філантропії.Що потрібно вміти/знатиДосвідом роботи в якості Partnership Manager / Fundraising Manager / Sales Manager (2+ роки)Вмінням писати стислі, вдумливі, персоналізовані повідомлення та електронні листиПродемонстрованою експертизою в роботі з великим клієнтами/донорами Англійською мовою на рівні upper-intermediate або вище;Вмінням користуватися CRM-системами, таск-трекером та Google-пакетом;Природним нюхом на можливості партнерства та вмінням доводити угоду до кінцевої цілі — підписання договору та отримання коштів.
