HI розширює діяльність щодо навчання ризикам пов'язаним з вибухонебезпечними предметами (EORE) та щодо підготовки до конфлікту та захисту (CPP) у транзитних і колективних центрах для внутрішньо переміщених осіб (ВПО) - людей, що повертатимуться на постійні місця проживання, для постраждалих громад та на територіях повернутих під контроль уряду України. Крім того, HI проведить брифінги з EORE і CPP для гуманітарних організацій, включаючи служби першої допомоги і волонтерів.Навчання ризикам, пов'язаним з вибухонебезпечними предметами, та підготовки до збройного конфлікту й захисту має за мету зниження ризику отримання травм та ушкоджень від вибухонебезпечних предметів шляхом підвищення рівня освіченості та обізнаності жінок, дівчат, хлопців і чоловіків, відповідно до їхньої вразливості, ролей і потреб, а також сприяння зміні поведінки.Основна діяльність включає поширення інформації щодо безпечної поведінки, навчання та проведення тренінгів. ЗАДАЧІЗадача 1. Взаємодія з зацікавленими сторонами:Допомагати керівнику групи та старшому фахівцю з надання інформації у зборі контактних даних місцевих органів влади, лідерів та інших відповідальних осіб у своїй сфері діяльності.Допомагати старшому фахівцю з надання інформації встановлювати контакти з відповідними особами для організації занять/сесій/тренінгів з навчання ризикам, пов’язаним з вибухонебезпечними предметами (далі - EORE), та підготовки до збройного конфлікту й захисту (далі - CPP).Пропонувати потенційні мережі, групи та окремих осіб, для проходження підготовки в якості контактних осіб в громаді з питань EORE/CPP, а також працівників гуманітарної сфери, НГО та служби першої допомоги.Задача 2. Розповсюдження повідомлень щодо навчання ризикам пов’язаним з вибухонебезпечними предметами, та підготовки до конфлікту та захистуДопомагати організовувати сесії з EORE та CPP, як в режимі онлайн, так і віч на віч, Проводити індивідуальні сесії з EORE/CPP для груп ризику, щоб мотивувати людей дотримуватись безпечнішої поведінки щодо загрози вибухонебезпечних предметів та збройних нападівАдаптувати підходи до проведення сесій до потреб цільової аудиторії Долучатися до розробки матеріалів з EORE та CPP.Забезпечити дотримання стандартів операційних процедур HI. Задача 3. Моніторинг, оцінка та забезпечення якості: Проводити до та після тести для учасників тренінгів відповідно до стандартів операційних процедурЗбирати та архівувати дані щодо проведених тренінгів з EORE та CPP за допомогою правильних інструментів (наприклад, SurveyCTO, списки підрахунку учасників та ін.)Надавати рекомендації щодо потреб у покращенні заходів щодо EORE та CPP в своїй зоні відповідальності, а також спрямовувати зворотний зв’язок від бенефіціарів до фахівця з управління проектами та програмами у сфері нематеріального виробництва. HI intends to implement Explosive Ordnance Risk Education (EORE) and Conflict Preparedness and Protection (CPP) at transit and collective centers for displaced and potential returnees, affected communities and NAA. In addition, HI provides Explosive Ordnance and CPP Safety Briefings for humanitarian actors, including first responders and volunteers. EORE refers to activities that seek to reduce the risk of injury from EO by raising awareness of women, girls, boys and men in accordance with their different vulnerabilities, roles and needs, and promoting behavioral change. Core activities include public information dissemination of safe behaviour, education and training. MISSIONS / RESPONSIBILITIESMission 1. Laising with external stakeholders: Support the EORE Project Supervisor and Team Leader to collect contact details of local authorities, leaders and other parties in their area of operationsSupports the Team Leader to make contact with relevant individuals, organizations and networks to organize EORE/CPP sessionsSuggests potential networks, groups and individuals to be trained as community focal points, as well as humanitarian actors, NGOs and first responder groups to receive EORE/CPP Mission 2. Your mission Under the responsibility of the Health Project Manager, the Rehabilitation Technical Officer contributes to the implementation of Humanity & Inclusion's mandate and 10-year strategy in his or her home country. Contributes to the strengthening of referral pathways into existing rehabilitation services CHARACTERISTICS OF THE POSITION: The security situation in Ukraine remains relatively stable, although there are frequent days and nights of air alerts. However, markets, restaurants and cafes are open, and life continues as normal. There is a strict curfew, the hours depend on the region. During the winter, most attacks target energy structures, mainly power grids and power plants, resulting in sporadic disruptions of electricity, water, heating and communications. HI has 3 hubs, one in the East (based in Dnipro with sub bases in Kharkiv and Poltava), one in the West (based in Lviv), one in the South East (based in Mikolaiv) and the coordination is in Kyiv. HI staff is accommodated in guesthouses or in hotel (during business trips), usually near HI offices, restaurants, cafes, shopping centers within walking distance and near a shelter (the shelter is either in the building or easy to reach). Movements between sites can be made by car (Hi drivers) or by train, depending of the region and time. The security in Mykolaiv city and surroundings area of intervention remain relatively stable, although air alarms tend to disrupt work and out of activities.   Mykolaiv being a Humanitarian hub for the South after Odesa, numerous international organizations are located in the city and social life (restaurant, café) is possible under a strict curfew (23:00 to 06:00). Good quality international and local food is available, and different restaurants at walking distance from the hotel and office. Communication (phone, mobile data, internet) is working well. HI currently has around 2 international staffs in Mykolaiv.
