If you like a challenging environment where you’re working with the best and are encouraged to learn and experiment every day, there’s no better place - guaranteed! :) What you will do Understanding user needs: Conduct user research and analyze customer feedback to identify pain points, opportunities, and areas for UI improvement; Developing a compelling UI vision: Develop a user-centered UI strategy that aligns with the overall product roadmap and business goals; Data-driven decisions: Leverage user data and analytics to measure UI effectiveness, optimize product performance and customer satisfaction; Collaboration is key: Partner closely with engineering, design, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and successful delivery of product features and enhancements; Focus on high quality products: Prioritize quality to ensure robustness and scalability of the system.             Must haves Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline). A master’s degree is a plus; Proven experience (6+ years) in product management; Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices; Experience with automation, data analytics, and enterprise software ecosystems; Demonstrated success in developing and executing product strategies and roadmaps; Experience in leading and managing cross-functional teams; Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels; Analytical mindset, with the ability to leverage data to drive decisions and measure product success.
