In summary, according to Office of Coordination and Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) reports, with the scale and direction of the ongoing military operation, 18 million people are projected to become affected, including up to 6.7 million people projected to be newly internally displaced. Of the affected population, 12 million people are expected to need humanitarian assistance, and 6 million with the most urgent humanitarian needs – including shelter, water, sanitation, hygiene services and basic non-food items.  IOM is rapidly scaling up Non-Food Items (NFI) distribution responses capacity in the country. Proposed intervention for NFI and Common Pipeline include direct and indirect NFI responses, assessment, monitoring, procurement, transportation, warehousing, and distribution of critical NFI supplies. Under the overall supervision of the Chief of Mission and with the general guidance of the Programme Officer (NFI/Common Pipeline), and the direct supervision of the Project Officer (NFI), the successful candidate will help to ensure timely provision of NFIs to conflict affected populations, including internally displaced population, returnees and affected host communities in Ukraine. Core Functions / Responsibilities:Receives and reviews the NFI requests from authorities/partners and submit its recommendation to Project Officer (NFI) for final review and approval for NFI distribution. Participates in NFI response in the field locations, including assessment, verification, registration, and distribution. Collects and compiles key distribution data including registration lists, distribution lists and distribution reports. Ensures the record keeping and systematic filing of the supporting documents related to each distribution. Maintains and updates the distribution database, and contributes to preparing the weekly and/or monthly activity reports Assists to verify sufficient stocks are available in IOM’s warehouses and provide regular updates on when stocks have arrived. Coordinates stock dispatch with Supply Chain unit for distribution in response locations. Under guidance of Project Officer (Non-Food Item), assist with post-distribution monitoring, including planning and participation in the field. Clinicians and patients broadly prefer this model over traditional care; both clinical and financial outcomes are improved as compared to traditional care.Requirements: Required:6+ years in IT.Experience with integration and understanding of building of APIs.Module Experience: CSM a must, FSM preferable, HCLS a big plus.Practical experience with at least one high-level programming language.Experience with Web Technologies and JavaScript.Analytical thinking – ability to dissect customer issues and propose solutions.Ability to push a project forward towards successful completion.Team leading skills – manage junior team members.Understanding of database design and queries.Working experience in following areas is plus:Background in at least two of following areas: development, automation, integration, platform engineering, networking, cloud.Experience in healthcare domain. Responsibilities: You will be working on one of our development project in ServiceNow space.Customisation or development of enhancement requests for existing tools and processes.Work closely with vendor resources to meet development deadlines in case of larger projects.Work in an agile, collaborative manner and be adaptable to changing scenarios.Build technical solutions based on client’s needs and process requirements.Work closely with BA’s, Architects, Testing team and process teams.Support other less senior team members throughout the project lifecycle.Ability to challenge the ideas and solutions of others respectfully and accept criticism.
