Job Description And ResponsibilitiesThe Senior Director, VCA is a key leadership role in the VCA CISSEE region team to sell, deliver and track high impact projects to our top clients in Ukraine, Moldova, Georgia, Armenia and SEE countries. We are looking for a motivated individual who will lead practice management efforts and a team of consultants responsible for delivery of consulting projects across multiple markets in the portfolio, digital, risk, and managed services space. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.QualificationsKey Competencies• Minimum 15 years of experience in a financial services or consulting role (combination of consulting and banking experience is highly desirable)• Proven experience in setting up or participating in growing a practice• Experience driving large-scale change management initiatives either in a consulting or practitioner capacity• A combination of local/regional (Ukraine or other countries) and global experience in financial services is strongly desired• Ability to develop strategies and activities to increase effectiveness of programs based on performance• Excellent communication, story-telling and presentation skills• A strong attention to detail and commitment to quality• Relationship management skills – should be able to manage internal and external stakeholders at senior levels• Expertise in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint to develop superb client presentations• Group facilitation and presentation skills• A recognized Degree qualification (MBA is preferred)• Able to travel frequently and work on client site for extended periods across the covered region• Fluency in English mandatory. Additional language skills (Ukrainian and/or other local languages) are preferred.• The role requires frequent travel or be based in Ukraine for business development efforts, projects delivery and market development.
