Maintain relevant and updated datasets, including population data, cash disbursements, and any other information needed to monitor and report. Support timely preparation and generation of information products by preparing templates in line with the IOM style guide. Generate pictorial/graphical analysis as well as PPT presentation including graphs, charts, tables and graphics/info graphics and info sheets. Support in unit reporting, including the systematic reporting at cluster level for CBI activities through the 4Ws. Position Summary: CRDF Global is looking for an experienced and driven Grant Operation Manager. The role reports to the Director of Grants and will be responsible for the operationalizing the CRDF Grants Management vision and strategy, by establishing processes and solutions for end to-end grant management across CRDF. The Grant Operation Manager ensures that staff are aware of and adhere to CRDF Global grant policies and procedures. In addition to leading staff the Grant Operation Manager allocates grant work to team members and is responsible for the day-to-day management of a portfolio of complex assistance activities. Oversee the utilisation of Fluxx grants management system and simplifying and standardizing grants data collection and analysis. Lead on grants compliance, grants risk management and grants agreements. Performs pre-award risk assessments and develops and implements risk mitigation plans; Reviews and approves subgrant/subaward financial plans; Issues and negotiates subgrant/subaward agreements with award recipients; Coordinates with internal and external stakeholders on all aspects of grants administration, ensuring subgrantee compliance with all federal rules and regulations and CRDF Global policies and procedures; Maintains agreement files per federal audit requirements. Provide comprehensive financial monitoring of programs, including the review and approval of subgrantee payments and advance requests and completion of grant account expense reconciliations. Provide accurate and timely grants management information/reports to Grants Directors, Senior Leadership Team, the Board and relevant Business Development team to enable effective decision making and strong proposals. Supports Business Development team with proposal activities including participation in proposal design, proposal writing and pricing. Represent the CRDF grant team internally and externally. Leads on monitoring, evaluation and learning of the grant programs. Other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS/ SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS: Demonstrable prior experience (5+ years) and knowledge with grant processing, grant making systems, compliance, and risk management. 3+ years of experience of leading and managing teams. An understanding of USG grants compliance laws such as 2 CFR 200, 2 CFR 700. Experience of having delivered grant programs funded by Donors such as USAID, NIH, State Dept, DTRA would be an advantage. Prior experience working with international partners in foreign markets, administering foreign assistance agreements, and/or working on or leading cross-border teams highly desired. Demonstrable experience successfully leading complex, cross-functional projects, including designing implementation plans, managing diverse teams, and owning risk mitigation. As Senior Expert / Head of Component - Accountability for International crimes, the expert will be required to perform the following tasks under the supervision of the Team Leader and Expertise France Project Manager:          Plan, steer, and manage implementation of all Component activities in accordance with the Project workplan and logframe, needs of beneficiaries, and Expertise France rules and procedures;          Proactively identify, prevent and mitigate the risks related to Component implementation, alert Project leadership to significant issues with respect to Project implementation;          Ensure regular and ad hoc reporting of the Component on the results achieved, as well as collection of data toward the monitoring of impact of the interventions;          Ensure good liaison and coordination of interventions with other Components of the Project;          Manage the Component team consisting of three permanent experts (two Key Experts and a Project Officer) by way of delegating responsibilities and tasks, providing advice, capacity building and feedback on performance;          Coordinate and oversee mid-term and short-term international and national experts, ensure quality control of deliverables produced by the experts;          Oversee Component expenditure, ensure efficiency of Component resources;          Establish and maintain regular communication with the Project partners, beneficiaries, other internal and external stakeholders;          Ensure proper visibility and communication of Component-related results, in coordination and cooperation with the Communications Officer. Pravo-Justice III is envisaged to build on the results achieved by the predecessor projects (Pravo - Justice I&II) who, since 2017, have supported an ambitious sectoral reform agenda. Pravo-Justice III is organized alongside four results: Accountability for international crimes and fight against impunity (Component 1), Judiciary reform (Component 2), Enforcement of court judgement and reform of penitentiary and probation systems (Component 3), and EU integration (Component 4). The Head of Accountability Component will have:           An advanced Law Degree (Masters or PhD) from an accredited law school.          At least 10 years of professional experience in the justice sector;          Demonstrated experience in project management, including at the senior level;          Experience with technical assistance projects funded by the European Union or other international donors.          Fluency in written and spoken English. Knowledge of Ukrainian would be considered an advantage.
