Proposed intervention for NFI and Common Pipeline include direct and indirect NFI responses, assessment, monitoring, procurement, transportation, warehousing, and distribution of critical NFI supplies. Under the overall supervision of the Chief of Mission and the Programme Officer (NFI/Common Pipeline), and the direct supervision of the Project Officer (Non-Food Item), the successful incumbent will support to ensure good quality and timely provision of NFIs to conflict affected populations, including internally displaced population, returnees and affected host communities in Ukraine. Core Functions / Responsibilities:Under supervision of Project Officer (Non-Food Item), supports the overall IOM NFI direct implementation in Eastern Regions of Ukraine (Dnipro, Zaporizhzhia, Luhansk and Donetsk regions). Assists in planning and implementation of NFI responses in the field locations, including assessment, verification, registration, and distribution, and post distribution monitoring as required. Assists Project Officer (Non-Food Item) in coordination with local authorities, partners, and other stakeholders on NFI needs and response plan in the Eastern Region, adapting the most appropriate distribution modality at the assigned distribution point.
