Our client is an international FMCG company, leader in its segment. As part of the global strategy, office in Ukraine will be opened soon and company is going to hire a team of highly motivated and sharing mission and values professionals to drive business in Ukraine.
Due to necessarily to deliver an exceptional product experience through one-one engagement with customers at point of purchase or consumption the company is looking for Brand Ambassador.
On this role, this specialist will be reporting to Trade Marketing Manager and his responsibility would include but will not be limited to:
- Oversee, develop, and manage an effective contact cycle in specific geographic territory
- Support Channels with in-store presence and engage consumers to drive them to trial and purchase the company product
- In collaboration with a team will source, nominate and liaise with local venues to enable small scale activations/events in accordance with strategic plans
- Provide day-to-day reporting and ensuring all administrative tasks are completed: hours logged, logistics, KPI tracking, consumer insights, etc
- To organize and conduct personally small presentations in business centers, companies, hubs etc
- Train shop assistants in the efficient sales channels
Ideal candidate should possess the following characteristics:
- Experience in direct selling 3-5 year ( Shop assistant, Demonstrator, Team lead, Supervisor)
- Ability to problem solve and think on his feet
- Superior communications skills, ability to interact face-face with consumers in a friendly and engaging manner
- Presentation and negotiation skills - confident with ability to present to all levels (internal and external)
- Establishing and maintaining working relationships venues and store management
- Positive and nice personality
- Ability to make presentation in Power Point
- Upper-intermediate English level
