Requirements:
- 3+ years of recruitment experience in IT
- Strong background in active recruitment
- Experience in conducting interviews
- Good experience in organizing Technical Events/Conferences
- Able to write in explanatory and procedural styles for multiple audiences
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Strong attention to detail
- English level – Upper-Intermediate/Advanced
Responsibilities:
- A full cycle of recruitment (compose ads, active candidate’s screening, selection; checking English level of candidates; organization and conduction of interviews; initiate onboarding process)
- Editing and updating the CV’s database
- Participation in decision making process of hiring new employees
- Good organizing and/or participating in various IT-events
Location - company offices: Lviv, Poltava, Vinnytsia, Cherkassy
