Responsibilities: Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute the global product and brand portfolio strategy across company markets. Create and monitor marketing plans, initiatives, and projects within the company strategy. Achieve key business indicators: revenue and market share. Manage the marketing budget effectively. Lead international marketing team, fostering growth and development. Implement real-time reporting for an accurate marketing performance overview. Marketing Mix: Place: Develop and adapt policies for local markets. Participate in new market entry decisions and research. Price: Manage pricing strategies. Calculate investment returns. Approve local pricing for sales targets. Promotion: Implement multi-channel product promotion strategies. Enhance channel efficiency. Develop and implement product positioning policies.
