На сьогодні маємо три направлення діяльності:Інноваційні профілі для натяжних стель Конструктційні рішення для гіпсокартону Швидкісні стельові карнизи В зв«язку зі збільшенням об»ємів продажів запрошуємо в нашу команду керівника відділу експорту і продажів.Вимоги до успішного кандидата:Досвід роботи на позиції РОПа від 5 років; Загальний досвід у продажах від 10 років;Досвід успішної розробки та впровадження стратегії продажів на ринку України та за кордоном;Досвід успішної маркетингової стратегії продажів, просування для всіх ринків присутності; Розробка та впровадження маркетингових стратегій і акцій для збільшення продажів;Володіння техніками продажів;Досвід написання скриптів, регламентів, стандартів роботи відділу продажів, впровадження КРІ системи;Організація системної роботи торгової команди;Системне впровадження покращень sales процесів, спрямованих на покращення взаємодії з клієнтами;Аналіз ринків для виявлення нових можливостей розвитку продажів;Основні обов’язки:Планування продаж, розробка стратегії продажів для всіх направлень, включаючи підхід до ціноутворення, прайси, політику знижок;Розробка та впровадження стратегії продажів для міжнародних ринків;Розробка та реалізація маркетингової стратегії, довгострокової та короткострокової стратегії продажу та просування компанії для всіх ринків присутності (Україна, Литва, Польща, Німеччина) та нових; Розробка та забезпечення виконання планів продажів; Підготовка управлінських, аналітичних звітів, матеріалів для керівництва компаніїАналіз основних показників ефективності продажів, виявлення причин відхилень, розробка та впровадження коригуючих заходів; Контроль досягнення планових показників з продажу продуктів компанії, а також інших ключових показників роботи відділу в поточному режимі; Аналіз ринку та конкурентів, ринкових тенденцій на постійній основі;Відкриття відділень та філій Компаніі;Ведення переговорів та збільшення обсягів продажів з ключовими клієнтами компанії;Планування роботи відділу продажів, постановка завдань, контроль виконання;Робота над удосконаленням системи мотивації, підбір персоналу, адаптація та навчання, формування ефективної команди; Постійна робота по навчанню та розвитку персоналу, участь у заходах та тренінгах для продажників, організація внутрішніх тренінгів для працівників; Участь у конференціях, організація заходів для клієнтів, представлення компанії на заходах, в тому числі виступи як доповідача/експерта/модератора; Умови роботи: Офісний, ПН — ПТ з 9.00. до 18.00., СБ, НД — вихідні; Повний соціальний пакет, своєчасна заробітна плата; Дружня команда, підтримка, відкритість, щирість; Динамічна компанія, що продовжує розвиватися та збільшує обсяги продажів продукції; Керівництво, що прислухається до твоїх ідей та думок, запроваджує їх, завжди в діалозі;
