The consequences of violence have now spread country-wide, and over 5 million are estimated to have been internally displaced. Displacement is likely to become protracted as fighting continues, including the targeting of civilian infrastructure. New waves of displacement are expected, and continued deterioration of living conditions among the most vulnerable is likely. In support of ongoing and future humanitarian response, IOM implements large scale assessments across the country on displacement and mobility trends, urgent needs, as well as needs related to recovery and durable solutions to displacement.Under the overall supervision of the Chief of Mission and the direct supervision of the Project Officer (Reporting) / Project Officer (Project Development and Reporting), the successful candidates will be responsible and accountable for providing specialized support to programme development, programme reporting and extensive coordination with other programme teams within IOM Ukraine, as part of the Programme Support Unit.
