Verify subcontracting costs such as obtaining from the IP list of costs are declared in the category Subcontracting and confirm that the total amount resulting from the list of items corresponds to the amount declared in the financial statement(s). Procurement procedures- review supporting documentations to confirm that the procurement procedures set in IP Agreement are followed. Be familiar with the internal procurement procedure of IP and check it has been correctly applied when selecting the supplier for the sampled good or service. Assets- follow up on the monthly delivery of the updated asset list in relation to the procurements subject to the IP Agreement. Process funding disbursement to the IPs in accordance with set contractual obligations. Support the preparation of the financial report for a specific implementation period, as indicated in the signed Agreement. MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB: The Accountant oversees the overall accounting and payroll administration duties of the office in the Ukraine under Senior Accountant supervision. Загальна інформація:Програма USAID з аграрного і сільського розвитку (АГРО) є семирічним проектом міжнародної технічної допомоги, що впроваджується компанією «Кімонікс Інтернешнл Інк.» у рамках Договору про співпрацю з Агентством США з міжнародного розвитку (USAID) починаючи з 15 листопада 2019 р.Метою Програми є прискорення економічного розвитку сільських громад України, що потребують найбільшої підтримки, шляхом покращення управління в сільськогосподарському секторі, що сприятиме розвитку більш продуктивних, сучасних та прибуткових мікро-, малих та середніх сільськогосподарських підприємств (ММСП), які успішно інтегруватимуться в конкурентні українські та міжнародні ринки.Мета роботи:Для сприяння досягненню загальних цілей «АГРО», метою роботи Менеджера з операційної діяльності є допомога в реалізації основних принципів та застосуванні інструментів управління під час діяльності Програми «АГРО» і виконання її завдань.
