Your responsibilities will be:to conduct legal research on tax systems of different countries;to conduct legal research on the regulation of cryptocurrency (including ICO-regulation, classifying tokens/crypto-assets under various legal regimes, etc.) around the world;to write legal opinions;to draft all kinds of legal documents;to be apprised of legislative and regulatory changes affecting the business, including the financial services and capital markets sectors;to manage project and teams in future or at the start of your work;other duties as assigned.Requirements:higher legal education;at least 1 year of law practice;English language at the level Upper Intermediate is a must;good knowledge and understanding in civil, commercial law, regulations;readiness to become not only a subordinate but a team leader;readiness to work in an extremely fast-paced environment and to react to these changes;problem-solving skills, judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills;general interest in law and crypto-asset industry;сommitment and availability for a minimum of twenty hours per week (4 hours per one business day; or 8 hours per one business day if it is full-time employment).Working conditions:remote work;full time/part time working day;competitive salary and bonuses;assistance and support in integration into the work process.
